The result is a velvety, well-balanced red wine that offers profound, mature fruit. Blend: 70% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella, 5% Sangiovese

Colour: Straw yellow, tending towards a greenish or golden-yellow hue. Its best quality is its perfect balance on both the nose .Its perfume is never excessive, but it is always redolent of almond with delicate undertones of meadow flowers. An inviting, full and soft mouthfeel. An excellent wine for starters with cured ham, salami and cured meats in general. Ideal with light first course dishes, cheeses and eggs.

      Located in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, Chateau Sainte Marie has been in the Dupuch family since 1956. Gilles Dupuch took over in 1982 and started transitioning the viticulture over to organic and biodynamic farming. When his son Stephane came on board in 1997 sustainable agriculture was completed. This white, made entirely in stainless steel, is mostly Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon with a small amount of Muscadel blended in; it is dry, fresh and crisp with attractive aromas of grapefruit and spice.

      Biodynamic vineyard located in Bolognano in the providence of Pescara. This refreshing Pinot Grigio shows tropical fruit, cut grass and minerals on the nose. On the palate, I found buttery lemon curd followed by granny smith apple with a medium body and a fresh citrus finish. The vibrant acidity of this wine carries its plush body well and makes it a great compliment to salads and seafood.
