      Mon Coeur ("my heart") is a unique Jean-Louis Chave wine not just because of the appellation, but because of its grape sources. Eight excellent vineyards in the areas of Valreas, Visan and Buisson all chosen for their low yields and exceptional quality of fruit where used. This wine is lustrous red-violet in color with a nose of violets. The wines sweet spices are alluring characteristics of this elegant wine.

The vibrant acidity of this wine carries its plush body well and makes it a great compliment to salads and seafood.
